1. How does your service work?
The service is designed for very busy people who have no time, energy, or desire to shop for a car. For new cars, they have been to the dealers and know what they want in terms of the make, model, options, transmission, and color. For used cars, they are flexible in their requirements and have no time to shop on their own. They want to save valuable time and money during the shopping process.

2. Do you charge a fee?
Yes, as a "buyer's agent", a fee is charged to the client. The fee ranges from $325 to $375, depending on the employer group.

3. Do you assist with trades?
Yes. You are encouraged; however, to sell the vehicle on your own. In most cases you will come out at least $1000 ahead if you sell the vehicle on your own.

4. How much money can I expect to save by using your services?
Average savings on used cars equal $1000. Savings on new cars vary.

5. Is there a warranty with a used vehicle? Yes, the balance of the factory warranty transfers to you. If the vehicle warranty is expired, you may inquire about purchasing an extended warranty for the vehicle.

6. As a "buyer's agent", do you ever sell cars directly? No, this is not legal in Washington state.
