My ideal client is someone much like
myself. Like you, I have a very busy life with three collies, a husband,
and large home to take care of. When I take time to shop, I like to
find what I want quickly.
My car buying service is set up to be just like buying a book or a
DVD on Amazon.com, as long as you know what you want before you begin
shopping.
You are my perfect client if:
1. You don’t have the time or desire to drive to multiple car
dealerships and spend hours negotiating to obtain a good price on
a car.
2. You would rather sit at your computer or phone to buy your next
car.
3. You want to save both time and money during the purchasing process.
4. You are looking for a great price, outstanding customer service,
and a convenient, turnkey operation from beginning to end.
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and CLIENT HAPPINESS are my TOP PRIORITIES.
When you are happy with my service, you will tell your friends, family,
and coworkers about the great service you received, and then they
too can have a great experience buying their next car.
This is how my process works:
1. You identify and research the specific model and features of the
car you want to buy.
2. You test drive that vehicle or a similar car and optionally obtain
a price quote from a dealer.
IMPORTANT: If you are shopping around for the “lowest”
possible price, you need to contact the dealers first to obtain the
“lowest” price quote before you call me. After you have
the best price quote that you can find, call me, and I will quickly
let you know if I can beat that price, which I often can. However,
I must be the last person you contact about pricing the car you want
to buy.
3. You obtain pre-approval for financing before you call me. I can
assist with financing through the dealer or a local credit union.
4. Once you know the car and features that you want, and have been
pre-approved for financing, call me and tell me the make, model, color,
and options that you would like.
5. I will then attempt to locate a vehicle that exactly matches your
specifications through my well established network of dealers.
6. Once I’ve located a car that matches your specifications,
I will call or email you with a price quote. If the price is acceptable
to you, then we will arrange a convenient date and time for me to
deliver your vehicle directly to your home or office.
7. PRE-OWNED CARS: I will need time to find the car and you will need
to be flexible with colors, mileage and options. I do not usually
work with PRE-OWNED vehicle searches under $10,000. Please check my
website for a list of available PRE-OWNED vehicles…the perfect
one might be there!
8. My current delivery areas include Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland,
Bothell, Seattle, Monroe, Everett, Marysville, Woodinville, and Duvall.
If you are located outside of these cities, you may need to meet me
to take delivery.
